Full marks to planters. co. uk though, as they quickly responded to my e mail with the offer of a good discount or sending out replacements. "The 2 planters received were as expected and good quality. Very quick delivery service . . Unfortunately one of the planters was bent at the back which I did not realise until I had unpacked and planted the shrubs. Noticed only when putting in position on the patio. On feed back to the company some visual evidence was asked for of which having put the plants in etc I was unable to provide as I could not move the planter in order that the photo could be taken. Maybe in hindsight I should have thoroughly checked the item before filling it!One does however not expect to receive damaged goods. No possible refund or part of could be given"

"Unfortunately delivered with a dent in one corner by the time I saw the damage I had unpacked it all so so accepted it as it was. The only criticism in the product is that for such a large trough there are only two drainage holes. I drilled out quite a number more."

"Product appears up to standard. Delivery company, DHL were abysmal. Inaccurate emails regarding delivery day and on the day it eventually arrived we were advised to be at home late pm, delivery arrived am, when we were out, and was left on doorstep advertising that the house was unattended. I have never had such a poor delivery experience, takes me back to the heyday of Hermes. Please change your courier!"
