"Poor instructions - There are no identification as to which fittings should be assembled or clips to be bent. Poor Customer Service - They were not helpful and ignored my request for support especially to explain the fittings and to return the liner which was wrong sized and did not offer support to find or replace with correct sized liners. I wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing and find another supplier."

"When purchasing the containers I was not aware that the containers came with assembly required as this piece of information is buried in the detailed product description. Had I known, I am not sure I would have proceeded with the order. Secondly of the 3 2m troughs ordered, two were distorted with the steel frames warped and not true to a straight line. Also all three had crushed or bent corners. Both these these factorsmade assembly more difficult than it needed to be. Finally the tools provided were completely inadequate to assemble and we rapidly moved to our own tools as we bent the spanner tool provided."
