Absolutely hopeless service
"I liked the look of the product so bought 2 online. When it came to payment I clicked on ApplePay and used my thumbprint to authorise. Only then was I told there was a £49. 99 delivery charge (the pots were £50 each). I immediately cancelled the order (there is no online capability to do this so I emailed), prior to the order confirmation. I then got an email saying it had already shipped…. 5 minutes after an order on a Sunday night! This was clearly a lie, which became obvious when they actually confirmed shipment around 20 hours later! I then asked them to cancel delivery which was obviously beyond them. Their delivery company did not contact me and dumped them on my drive. They remain there awaiting pickup…."
