"I’m really disappointed by this purchase. I bought a £300 planter because planters. co. uk seemed a credible brand and promised 1-2 working day delivery. First the delivery was late, so I chased and was sent the liner. I waited for the actual planter but still nothing, so having gone back and forth with the AI chatbot being told I would get an update, I called to ask where it was. 10 days after placing the order, it finally arrived but completely battered - not what you want when paying for let’s face it a really expensive item. Clearly the item had got lost and dropped and not handled with care. Checking it I found lots of the parts damaged, unsurprisingly given the state it arrived in. Am now waiting to see about a replacement or a refund. Really not great so far, hopefully will get better."

"They really make an impact in my garden. I can’t wait to get them planted. The reason it is not 5 stars is because, despite many negative reviews of the lacking assembly instructions, the manufacturer continues to provide poor instructions."

"Great quality product, not too difficult to assemble and look great. No rust marks staining stone floorð There is one issue, I was not aware that the planters came with their own feet. So I purchased a separate set, which I did not need. Can I return them?"

"Advertising did not say that rust would rust would stain stonework, especially in first few months. Consequently could not use it where intended. A n expensive mistake."

"This should have been clear and concise when purchasing that the planter you need to assemble. I have good DIY skills but instructions are useless and comment use wrench to bend clips to certain angle and then connect is about as clear as mud At moment planter lies on the floor in bits as bending clips with no clear photos or instructions on bending clips is useless"

"1. 5mm corten steel - minimum thickness ( you got what you pay for) BUT !!!!- if you protect floor and inside from contact with soil and water you can exted life from 5-10 vs 15+ . I painted floor with hammerite 2x ( bitumen can be use inside as well ) + used thick layer of grease on the screws . Remember that corten steel has a protective layer but extendet - contact with water or moist soil will cause much faster degradation of corten steel . Inserted thick plastic limer plus material liner. . . . All in all nice planters ( pre-rusted) so you dont have to wait 6-9 month. Well packaging - screws, tool, glowes, and f designated feets with screws ( so dont buy extra!!!) . You will need a rubber mullet or hammer and piece of wood to tap all in place . after bending "hooks. " Assembly will take time - be patient 2-3hr +/- . On the end all look and hold very well. Planters co. uk need to work on delivery - lack of good system in place ( no sms, no emal with info when your delivery will rich you) - received tracking number - didnt work. . One order -2 mistakes ( can happend) so 4 deliverys ( 2 - emails , 1x phonecall) - 2- weeks. waiting. Quick response on email and phonecall - so dont worry you will get it one day ;-) . If you like a look as much as I do - just buy it!!!! If you would like to extend the life of you planters - invest some ' extra time and protect inside for 10 +/- extra years in return. , after that - absolutely nothing to do with it - no problems with faiding and painting like with other materials. Good value for money ."

"The planter arrived in a package and was really heavy. Get help to carry it in! I needed to pay someone to bolt it together and my advice is pay the company to assemble it before delivery. Once installed it looks great and planted its beautiful (see pic). The company advise putting gravel around the base but in our experience that’s not necessary"
