"Ordered two planters that never reached me. The courier left them on the ground outside my locked gates on a closed site, in full view of a main road, with no signature and no safe place instruction from me. They were gone by the following morning. The response from Wovenwood was to send the courier’s photograph, suggest a neighbour had taken them in, and ask me to file a police report. Two stars rather than one because the ordering process itself was fine and Megan replied quickly. But quick replies are not the same as sorting the problem."

"They were delivered on time and well packaged. It took a bit of time to work out how to assemble as the instructions, all photographs, were small and not that clear. However with a bit of thought all became clear. When assembled they look very good and are sturdy. We are very pleased."

"Love the colour and quality. Assembly is a bit tricky but we were experts by the third cube! Good to have legs on these."

"This comes as 5 pieces you have to assemble yourself. However the instructions are incomprehensible. Its very expensive for what it is. Sorry I brought. Which is a shame as the rest of the planters I purchased were excellent."

"As with our other times we are very happy with the planters - exactly what we wanted."

"We ordered some planters early in the summer and we were so pleased with them that we have ordered across the summer, a number of their products, including the edging in Corton steel. They are striking feature in the garden."

"Disappointing. I was expecting a cube, but at point of ordering, realised I was getting a flat pack. Instructions were mysterious and myopic. The nuts and bolts seem to have been thrown into a bag Willy Nilly and numerically did not correspond to the myopic instructions. It also seemed quite difficult ( by Ikea standards) And then, the one item I opened (of two) was damaged, so I decided not to open the other one. Also the liner (also unopened) seemed to be a plastic bag."

"The planters once assembled are lovely and I am pleased with my purchase of 12 units including 4 large ones. I didn’t read the small print and didn’t realise they are self assembly - once you have the knack it’s 20 mins per 400 mm square and 30 mins for the large ones- some flanges need tapping into square as they haven’t been unpacked since leaving whichever low labour country fabricated them. I may buy some more now I see them in situ. Jeremy"

"The planters look good now they're in situ, easy enough to assemble but the steel does seem quite thin for the money. So in summary I'm happy with them but think they could be 30% cheaper. Speed of delivery and packaging was excellent."
