Orange stained stock and complaint ignored.

"I contacted customer service multiple times before ordering because many customer reviews showed orange-coloured planters instead of the natural pine shown online. They acknowledged the issue, said they had changed supplier, confirmed new stock would match the website photos, and assured me they would ensure my order was natural pine. After ordering, the first delivery was apparently lost. I received no update and had to call myself to find out what was happening and when replacement stock would be sent. When the order finally arrived, the planters were dark orange stained and appeared unlike the natural pine colour discussed before purchase. I emailed immediately with photos and have received no response. Buyers who are concerned about receiving orange stock should be aware that reassurance before purchase did not prevent this in my case."

"I ordered planter specifically because in stock. I got confirmation of order on the 18th July. On 20th July I got email saying on way. I couldn't track order so when hadn't received by the 24th July I emailed support to ask where is. I first get an email saying it is on it's way, then to be 5 hours later that they are expecting stock in week starting 10th August (even though I only ordered because had in stock!). I still haven't been told when I will receive and then today I get email asking what I think of product - which I haven't yet received. I hope product is significantly better than the shambles that Planters customer experience is!!"
