"Absolutely love these planters. They are easy to put together and look very stylish. Only slight gripe. We were offered the casters half price when checking out. We thought this was a great idea. Unfortunately they did not fit the bottom of the planter. You shouldn’t recommend something that doesn’t fit the product and waste my time and money returning them. So bear in mind if ordering you have to pay for return postage. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars"

"I’ve seen other comments telling how it was difficult to assemble, it was not the most difficult in my opinion, I did it alone and didn’t find it impossible, you will need a mallet; that is not optional! I did not use the screws because the first two I tried rounded off almost immediately. That is my only issue."

Only issues we had were lack of update on the delivery date so found out on the day they were due when we were at work. Also, yes simple to build for your average DIY enthusiast but no build instructions provided k this could be a good idea possibly to help people who might be unsure? Breat product though and look beautiful in our garden."

No instructions, parts don't fit together

"Took me a few hours to build as there were no instructions, and none of the parts fitted together as you would expect. I had to chisel out slithers of wood to get it to fit The baseboard was misaligned and had nails sticking out I would have returned it if I could but would have had to pay for postage which would have been £££ and very inconvenient Customer service just offered me 10% off a future purchase which is very disappointing I don't think it will last very long"
