Fabulous product, terrible delivery service
"I ordered two planters but was concerned about the high delivery cost. However I did purchase them as they are exactly what I wanted. On the first delivery , only one package was left outside my back gate. I emailed planters and they responded immediately. The next day a totally destroyed parcel with a broken planter was left outside my front door. After a complaint to Planters, another trough was delivered, as lovely as the first and great condition. So, for product and service, I give Planters 5* but the delivery company get none."
