"When purchasing the containers I was not aware that the containers came with assembly required as this piece of information is buried in the detailed product description. Had I known, I am not sure I would have proceeded with the order. Secondly of the 3 2m troughs ordered, two were distorted with the steel frames warped and not true to a straight line. Also all three had crushed or bent corners. Both these these factorsmade assembly more difficult than it needed to be. Finally the tools provided were completely inadequate to assemble and we rapidly moved to our own tools as we bent the spanner tool provided."

"I had to call and email several times to try and figure out what is going on with my order- each time I got different answers. Turns out an item is out of stock even though I could buy it on the website- pretty chaotic!"

"The 200cm rusted planted arrived and it is extremely good quality. I managed to assemble it easily and quickly. And now it’s planted up and looks gorgeous!"

"Looks beautiful, a real statement piece in the garden. Instructions could be a little bit better, at the point where the base is fitted, but one figured out it all came together."

"I’m really disappointed by this purchase. I bought a £300 planter because planters. co. uk seemed a credible brand and promised 1-2 working day delivery. First the delivery was late, so I chased and was sent the liner. I waited for the actual planter but still nothing, so having gone back and forth with the AI chatbot being told I would get an update, I called to ask where it was. 10 days after placing the order, it finally arrived but completely battered - not what you want when paying for let’s face it a really expensive item. Clearly the item had got lost and dropped and not handled with care. Checking it I found lots of the parts damaged, unsurprisingly given the state it arrived in. Am now waiting to see about a replacement or a refund. Really not great so far, hopefully will get better."

"They really make an impact in my garden. I can’t wait to get them planted. The reason it is not 5 stars is because, despite many negative reviews of the lacking assembly instructions, the manufacturer continues to provide poor instructions."

"Great quality product, not too difficult to assemble and look great. No rust marks staining stone floor👍 There is one issue, I was not aware that the planters came with their own feet. So I purchased a separate set, which I did not need. Can I return them?"

"Advertising did not say that rust would rust would stain stonework, especially in first few months. Consequently could not use it where intended. A n expensive mistake."

"This should have been clear and concise when purchasing that the planter you need to assemble. I have good DIY skills but instructions are useless and comment use wrench to bend clips to certain angle and then connect is about as clear as mud At moment planter lies on the floor in bits as bending clips with no clear photos or instructions on bending clips is useless"
