Delivery not yet happened

"I’ve been asked to review our new planters, but we don’t have them yet. They are more than a week overdue and still counting, when delivery was promised in two working days. We had to chase delivery when it didn’t happen and the second promised delivery hasn’t happened either, prompting us to chase again. We will happily review once we have them but so far our experience, the first with this company, is not great."
